These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of the property technology platform operated by Guri build Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Guri build” or “we” or “us”). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.
The platform is made available to you for the purpose of browsing information, connecting with professionals, creating projects, and other services as provided by Guri Build. You may only use the platform for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform or interfere with any other party”s use and enjoyment of the platform.
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You represent and warrant that all information provided by you in connection with your account registration is accurate and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
The platform and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform or its content without the express permission of Guri Build.
The platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Guri Build makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the content contained therein. Guri Build does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. You acknowledge that your use of the platform is at your sole risk.
Guri Build shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the platform or its content, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Guri Build reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guri Build is located.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which Guri Build is located.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Guri Build regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
